We only maintain a waiting list for those who have placed their deposit. The demand for kittens is very high at this time and my waiting list just became too much to manage. I apologize for the inconvenience. No one will be considered for a kitten until a deposit is placed. Thank you for understanding.
When considering the purchase of a Burmese or Bombay kitten there are several important issues to think about.
Reputation: First and foremost, you should look for a reputable breeder who is willing to open their home or cattery to you for visits. A quality breeder will be happy to answer any questions you may have honestly and openly. Good breeders raise and show quality Burmese and Bombay because we love the breeds and we want to share these amazing creatures with others who will love and care for them.
Timing: Because we breed for quality and not quantity, there won't be kittens available at all times. Please do not expect to pop on over and pick out a kitten immediately. Usually there will be a wait, as the demand for Burmese and
Bombay kittens has increased due to many breeders retiring.
Health: When you visit a cattery, be sure to meet several cats and kittens if possible. Look for active outgoing kittens with good weight, clear bright eyes and healthy sinuses. Kittens should not be skinny, coughing or sneezing. There should be no evidence of parasites and kittens should be free of scratches, flaky skin, bald patches or sores of any kind. If something doesn’t look right, ask questions!
What to expect from Us
Kittens are sold with a 2-year health guarantee against congenital defects. Mocha Blast Cattery is Feline Leukemia (FeLv), Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), parasite and fungal infection free. Kittens are sold with a written contract describing terms of sale. We sell kittens with a spay/neuter agreement.
Breeding pedigreed cats is not to be taken lightly. Quality Breeding is a very complex scientific process, therefore kittens are sold without breeding rights. All kittens receive at least two 3-way vaccinations and preventive parasite treatments before leaving our cattery.
We will provide you with samples of food, your contract, health record and other goodies.
Lastly…..we are available by telephone and email to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Boo is a very sweet 7 year old retired Sable Burmese, looking for his forever home! He is a very gentle lad and loves attention. He enjoys hanging out in a lap or playing with feather toys. $500

Gigi is a loving, spayed, and retired champagne Burmese mama at only 2.5 years old. She loves attention and lying in bed with her person. She can take a day or two to warm up to new people, but once she figures out where the scratches and tummy rubs come from, she's all over you! She gets along well with non-dominant male cats. I don't recommend her to homes with a female cat, unless it's a kitten. She probably would get along nicely with a gentle dog after a brief "get to know you" phase.

Marisa is a sweet and loving Bombay spay. She loves attention and sleeping with her person. She can be very playful and sometimes a little rough, if encouraged. I don't recommend her to homes with young children, tender elderly, or female cats. She gets along well with male cats.
She will be 6 years young in October. $600
